SNEH is a network that aims at bringing together the special needs community - adults with special needs, institutions - and provide them a platform through sheltered employment opportunities, thus, empowering special needs adults with financial independence and dignity

What do we stand for?

We stand for positive and productive engagement of adults with special needs by providing them a platform where they can employ their skills for creative and economic gains and be a contributing member of the society

Why SNEH works as a HUB?

Capacity building in terms volume of production becomes feasible only when the resources are pooled together. A common platform across various institutions that work in the special needs space is essential to create sheltered employment opportunities.

What does SNEH aim to do?

Create sheltered employment for adults with disabilities aged 18 years and above Use the collective resources of various institutions – ideas, know-how, existing established operating procedures, human resources, materials, network etc Engage the adults according to their abilities and skill set in a production set up Distribute the surplus proceeds back to adults with disabilities who participate in the production.
